These terms govern your use of mcptest.sh (the "site"), the marketing and documentation website operated by Soap Bucket LLC ("we"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The software is open source and licensed separately

The mcptest command-line tool is open-source software licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Your rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software are set out in that license, not in these terms. See the LICENSE and NOTICE in the repository. Nothing on this site narrows or expands the Apache-2.0 license.

Using the site

You may browse the site and read the documentation for any lawful purpose. You agree not to misuse it, for example by attempting to disrupt or overload it, probing it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or using it to break the law. Security reports are welcome through our security policy.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The text, design, and graphics of the site are owned by Soap Bucket LLC, except for the open-source code and content provided under their own licenses. "mcptest" and the mcptest mark are trademarks of Soap Bucket LLC. The Apache-2.0 license grants rights in the software; it does not grant rights to use our trademarks beyond what that license permits.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Documentation describes the software as it evolves and may not always be current. We may change or remove site content at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soap Bucket LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party sites such as GitHub and Google. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We will revise the effective date above when we make a change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
